Very hot so tried everything I know; red, white and rose but am not sure which is worse looking at Aaron’s arse for 135km or warm rose wine. Thinking about it the rose wasn’t that bad.

Note to British aerospace Aaron is unusually aerodynamic. Worth a look.

Today had a little picnic but without wine. Nice but quite disappointed as it’s like having a birthday without cake!

Things that I have forgot.

A second drinks bottle.

Hydration gel.

A bike lock.

A defibrillator for Aaron

Things that I have remembered.

My festival shirt.

Money. Apparently they don’t accept pounds and want euros instead. Weird right.

Is Forbsey telling the truth.

He eat about a kilo of flies (not on purpose) today. It was hot and he was panting. He said that they taste of garlic. Comments please.

I personally think he might be correct. The one I had was either garlic or was dressed in a nice vinaigrette.

He also drank dog water (no explanation required) was he right to deprive an innocent dog.
