Day Four – Loch Ness to Glencoe

(Fort William, won in the 4th)

Today has been a reflective day, where we have looked back fondly on the journey

so far. As part of this we have calculated that we are burning over 7000 calories a

day. Aaron has put on half a stone!

Chuck was tasked with sourcing a high energy lunch to get us through the last 30

miles. Sadly our trust in him was mis placed. He came back with 4 Magnums, a

packet of wrigleys extra. Two bottles of Rioja and a packet of baby bell lights!

Note to Fabio - pre match drinks should be at the floating pub, South Lagging (just

off the A82). Thank you for your hospitality and great donation. Thank you and

happy birthday to the floating pub patrons for their very generous donations to our

very worthy causes. We really appreciate your generosity. We hope you enjoyed

your boat trip.

Editors note - after the best nights sleep of the trip so far for Rich and Chuck, we are

back to sharing a room again. Apologies to the un-suspecting victim on bed four.

Chafing update (sponsored by sudacreme)

We are all now members of team sudacreme.

Tip of day - don't discard your banana skin into a field of sheep as they may slip

over!
