Josselim to Redon 69 miles

Previously ……..

Lochs Ness - a monster ride

60 miles today with some mixed terain. 169 miles in total do far.

Forbes thought of the day - The election - No choices, only taxes!

Sunshine at last.

Chuck was a bit scared on the busy A9, but was then recognised as an OAP which

got us a discount lunch at a hotel in Dingwall. Soup and roast beef for £4.99.

Creativity in the kitchen. Pasta, Bacon, baked beans. Peperami, onion, tomatoes.

Smallshaw cooked up a high carb master piece. We only let him cook cos he's

Jamie olivers biggest fan.

Note to Fabio Capello, don't keep Wayne Rooney in South Africa for too long, it's

having a bad effect on the tourist industry up here.

CHAFING UPDATE - Sponsored by Sudacreme.

To counteract day three's southern region warming. We had to have a dip in the

loch. Rich and Chuck did a minute, Aaron stayed in for 15 minutes!

Big up to Gordon the Celtic fan who couldn't find his door key and propped open the door with his shoe. This was probably because he drank the pub dry of single malt. Top man, good to meet you.

Editors note - off to Glencoe tomorrow. Another 55 miles of looking at Aarons

backside
