After yesterdays gruelling 133km mostly off-road effort it should be slightly easier today. We will avoid the tow paths for the first section to Pontivy before picking up the original route to Josselen.

The Crask Inn at the end of the world

A place that nobody can find, unless you know where it is!  But everyone should visit.   An oasis in a Wilderness where you can have cheese. Meat, Wine and beer while listening to glen miller and sandy shaw (a great duet). Simply put, have you ever seen 'an American werewolf in London'

Chucks tip of the day - if you would like to go from a cup to c cup, simply cycle from John o groats to carbisdale.  (See before and after photo's of Aaron)

Note to Scottish FA - there's a selection of whisky at the cask inn which would invigorating the team for a second half come back, because you always need a second half come back.
